Greenhouse Film Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality of every roll produced in our ISO9001-certified facility. HGDN warrants that our greenhouse films will meet technical specifications and resist premature UV degradation.

  • Premature UV Failure: Cracking or shattering due to UV degradation within the warranty period (3-5 years).
  • Manufacturing Defects: Any physical defects in materials or workmanship found upon arrival.
  • Solution: We provide free repair or replacement (on a pro-rated basis) for confirmed defects.
  • Exclusions
  • Damage caused by natural disasters (e.g., typhoons, hail) exceeding design load.
  • Improper installation (e.g., contact with rusted structural parts or sharp objects).

Mulch Film Warranty Policy

We warrant that HGDN mulch films are free from material defects and will maintain mechanical integrity for the specified growing season (based on film thickness: 0.6 – 1.2 mil).

  • What We Guarantee
  • Weed Control Opacity: Black mulch films will block >99% of visible light to suppress weeds effectively.
  • Mechanical Strength: Guaranteed tensile strength for standard machine application (when correctly tensioned).
  • UV Stability: Up to 12 months (or 24 months for Silver/Black mulch) against premature disintegration.
  • Important Exclusions
  • Machine Damage: Tears caused by high-speed machine installation or excessive tensioning (over-stretching > 5%).
  • Chemical Degradation: Failure due to contact with Soil Fumigants (e.g., Metam Sodium) or Sulfur/Chlorine based pesticides.
  • Improper Storage: Rolls must be stored vertically in a shaded area before use.

Precision Drip Tape Warranty Policy

We warrant that our drip tapes are manufactured to strict tolerances. We provide a Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship.

  • Flow Accuracy: Emitter discharge rates within ISO 9261 standards (CV < 5%).
  • Structural Integrity: No bursting under rated pressure (0.8 - 1.0 bar) due to material flaws.
  • Free Replacement:1:1 replacement for any rolls with confirmed factory defects.
  • Critical Conditions
  • To validate warranty, a Filtration System is mandatory:
  • Mesh Requirement: Minimum 120 Mesh (130 Micron) disc or screen filter must be installed.
  • Exclusions
  • Clogging: Blockage caused by poor water quality (algae, sand) or lack of filtration.
  • Pressure Damage:Bursting caused by exceeding Max Operating Pressure (1.0 bar).
  • Physical Damage:Cuts/leaks caused by rodents, insects, or installation tools.
  • Chemical Misuse:Damage from injecting undiluted acid or non-dissolvable fertilizers.

Seedling Tray Warranty Policy

We guarantee that HGDN trays are engineered for precision. Our warranty covers structural integrity and dimensional stability, ensuring compatibility with standard automated seeding machines.

  • Warranty Coverage
  • Injection Molded Trays (PP): 3-Year Warranty against cracking or deformation under normal reuse cycles.
  • Vacuum Formed Trays (PS): Guaranteed free from defects upon arrival and durable for the intended growing season.
  • Automation Guarantee:Dimensions strictly within tolerance to prevent jamming in seeding lines.
  • Exclusions
  • Thermal Damage: Deformation caused by exposure to temperatures exceeding 55°C (131°F) (e.g., improper storage in closed greenhouses).
  • Chemical Corrosion: Damage from strong acids/alkalis or non-compatible sterilization agents.
  • Physical Abuse: Cracking due to dropping from height or improper stacking (>2.5m high).
