Our greenhouse film products are covered by a three-year limited warranty. When installed correctly and used under normal conditions, we will provide free repair or replacement for any failure due to defects in materials or workmanship, including damage, severe degradation, or loss of function.
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by natural disasters such as typhoons, hail, or earthquakes;
Damage resulting from improper installation, punctures or scratches from sharp objects, or vandalism;
Degradation due to exposure to chemically corrosive substances (e.g., pesticides, fertilizers, or cleaning agents).
Our mulch film products are covered by a one-year limited warranty. When properly installed and used under normal conditions, we guarantee their aging resistance and moisture retention performance in accordance with product specifications.
If the film degrades prematurely or loses functionality due to material defects during the warranty period, we will provide replacement or compensation.
This warranty does not cover:
Damage not caused by material defects, including tearing, over-stretching, or mechanical damage;
Performance degradation resulting from prolonged waterlogging or exposure to chemically contaminated soil.
Our drip irrigation tape is covered by a two-year limited warranty. When operated under normal water pressure and with a proper filtration system, we guarantee drip uniformity, clog resistance, and structural integrity in accordance with technical specifications.
If a manufacturing defect results in widespread dripper blockage or pipe cracking, we will provide free replacement.
This warranty does not cover:
Clogging due to improper installation or use of inadequate or unqualified filters;
Damage caused by exceeding rated water pressure, mechanical cuts, or animal bites;
Corrosion or degradation from exposure to undiluted chemicals or aggressive substances (e.g., concentrated fertilizers).
Our seedling trays are covered by a 3-year limited warranty. Under normal use — including handling by automated systems and routine cleaning — we guarantee structural integrity, resistance to deformation, and cracking.
If a significant number of trays suffer abnormal damage due to material or manufacturing defects, we will provide free replacement.
This warranty does not cover:
Deformation or damage caused by exposure to extreme heat, strong acids or alkalis, or impact from heavy objects;
Damage from improper stacking or dropping during transport;
Minor wear, surface scratches, or discoloration resulting from normal, repeated use.
