1.Clean dust and snow from the greenhouse film promptly to maintain good light transmission.
2.Before and after strong winds, check that the film pressure wires are securely fastened to prevent the film from flapping or tearing.
3.Im.mediately repair any holes with specialized greenhouse film tape to prevent them from expanding and reducing insulation performance.
4.During hot weather, install a shade net over the greenhouse to protect crops from intense sunlight and high temperatures.
5.At night, cover the film with insulating blankets or straw mats to minimize heat loss.
6.After the growing season, carefully remove the film, clean and dry it completely, then roll it up and store in a cool, dark place to prevent degradation
1.After seedlings emerge, promptly cut the mulch film at each plant location to release them and prevent heat damage.
2.Regularly check that the soil along both sides of the film is firmly sealed; if loosened by wind, re-cover with soil and compact it well.
3.If any damage is found, immediately cover the affected area tightly with soil to suppress weeds and reduce moisture loss.
4.At the end of the season or before high temperatures arrive, evaluate crop needs to determine whether to remove the film early, allowing for better root development and soil cooling.
5.After harvest, thoroughly collect, clean, and recycle used mulch film to prevent soil contamination.

1.Turn on the pump and valves to start irrigation, and use the valves to control irrigation duration and water volume.
2.Maintain system operating pressure within the rated range (typically 0.5–1.5 kg/cm²). Pressure that is too low may cause uneven water distribution, while excessive pressure can lead to pipe bursts.
3.Before each irrigation or at regular intervals, open the end caps of the drip tape and flush the lines until the outflow runs clear to prevent clogging.
4.Inspect and clean the filter screen before and after each irrigation—this is essential for preventing emitter clogging.
5.During irrigation, check all connections for leaks and inspect the drip tape for damage or jetting; replace any faulty sections immediately.
6.Before winter, drain all remaining water from the system to prevent freezing and pipe cracking.
1.Place the seeded tray in a warm, dark location to promote germination, and cover it with insulating film to maintain moisture.
2.Before germination, use a sprayer to mist the surface daily to keep the substrate moist (do not flood or overwater); after germination, water only when the medium begins to dry.
3.Once most seeds have emerged, remove the insulating film and move the tray to a bright, sunny location to prevent stretching and weak growth.
4.Maintain an ideal temperature of 20–25°C during the day and 15–18°C at night to support healthy seedling development.
5.If multiple seedlings grow in one cell, remove the weaker ones after the cotyledons unfold, leaving only the strongest. Promptly replace any missing seedlings.
6.After true leaves appear, apply a low-concentration water-soluble or foliar fertilizer with regular watering to encourage vigorous growth.
