3. Connect the drip tape Install bypass connectors by punching holes in the branch pipe, then attach the drip tape to the connectors.
4. Seal the endsCap the open ends of the drip tape using plugs, folding, or tying to prevent debris entry and maintain pressure.
5. Flush and test the system Open the water supply and flush the lines until the outflow runs clear. Check all connections for leaks and ensure the drip tape emits water evenly along its length.
1.Moisten a loose, sterile seedling medium with water and mix until evenly damp — not soggy.
2.Fill each cell of the seedling tray with the medium. Level off the surface with your hand or a scraper to remove excess.
3.Use your finger or a seeding press to create a small depression in the center of each cell. Place 1–3 seeds per cell, depending on seed size.
4.Lightly cover the seeds with fine vermiculite or additional medium. Then mist the surface with water to ensure good moisture contact.
5.Move the tray to a warm, dark place. Cover with insulating film to retain moisture and warmth. Keep the medium consistently moist until germination occurs.
